All record requests are submitted in person at the NPRC ensuring a quick turnaround time.  We have researcher privileges there and also our own "mailbox" where we can pick up completed record requests immediately.  We have a good working relationship with the personnel at the NPRC, which enables us to track our requests and troubleshoot any problems that may arise in locating the records.
